The wonder and excitement of Christmas A Children’s Theatre takes centre stage from 5pm to 7pm each evening.
Luigi the Jesting Juggler greets the children on arrival and escorts them into the theatre. There, Cappy is waiting to enchant and amaze them with his magic tricks. Carols by Candlelight brings the wonder of Christmas alive for children through song and music, and the Children's Theatre ends with a Bedtime Story Puppet Show transporting them into a wonderland of story-telling. Entertainment to captivate and enchant the children.
During this time, the grown-ups are entertained by a selection of professional musicians and buskers flowing through the market throughout the evening.
Alongside the Children's Theatre a collection of children’s side shows
offers a variety of entertainment and crafting. Several activities are offered free of charge with others at nominal charge.
