Unique clothing offering individual comfort and style
Rain Queen Creations was founded by Keboetsoe Lephogole in 2012 and was inspired by a rich lineage of creativity from her parents and grandparents, as well as the Rain Queens' powers of manifestation.
Her grandmother hand stitched her own wedding dress and her ultimate muse is her mother.
Keboetsoe could not find clothing she resonated with in shops, so she went on to study pattern making part time to make her own clothes. People started requesting her to make them clothes and Rain Queen Creations was born.
Their garments are locally made with original designs and natural fibres. They make versatile, good quality, comfortable and stylish garments. Their designs are not based on current trends, but on women's need for individuality, creative flair and comfort. The intention for the brand is to explore the African as well as the global market. Join us at the Conscious Living Textile Exhibition opening on Thursday 30 August from 5pm to 7pm, followed by two exhibition days - Friday 31 August from 7.30am to 4pm and Saturday 01 September from 9am to 2pm.
