Know thy Butcher..... Caroline McCann, a Bachelor of Law (LLB) International Relations & Law graduate chose to take a Sho’t Left in her career by taking over her family’s butchery business. It has been an interesting and sometimes rough ride for Caroline, but her indomitable spirit has seen her through to great learnings about herself, animals and humans.
