Christa is one of our PGS farmers producing organically grown fresh produce. PGS is a peer review organic system that involves all stakeholders and enables smallholder organic farmers, who find the cost of thrid party organic certification beyond their means of operation, access to markets. PGS Natural Assurance means that Christa's farm and her production practices have been assessed by the Bryanston Market PGS group and found to be compliant with organic agriculture principles.
In addition to fresh produce, Christa's corner also offers delectable deli products such as humus, pickles, sauces, soups and vegetable dips.
