Laura's Gluten Free Muesli is made using buckwheat and millet. Both are technically classified as fruit seeds thus making them naturally free from any gluten.
This muesli contains all the essential amino acids making it ideal for vegans and vegetarians.
Re-seal once opened and store in a cool, dry place. Will keep up to 6 months.

Laura's Gluten Free Muesli contains no GMO's, additives, preservatives, colourants or sweeteners. The 'sugars' are naturally derived from the carbohydrates in the buckwheat, millet and the cranberries.
Apart from being nutrient dense this muesli is also alkaline making it a wonderfully nourishing breakfast.
It is dry-baked and is ready to be eaten with milk, yoghurt, nut milk or coconut milk!
